Project review meeting of the Medical Electronics Lab setup at NIELIT Shillong

The 2nd meeting of the Project Review and Steering Group (PRSG) for the project “Set-up of Medical Electronics Laboratory” implemented by NIELIT Shillong was held on 25th Nov 2016, 10:30 AM at NIELIT Shillong. Members present were officials from State Health Department and included member from Ministry of Electronics & IT. The project has been accorded approval in July 2014 and slated for completion on July 2017. Overall the PRSG members were pleased with the progress and hoped it will be of help to hospitals in the state who are having equipments lying idle due to faulty parts keeping in view that the project envisages repairing of medical electronic equipments besides providing training to para-medical staff and youths of the state.
