NIELIT Kurukshetra can provide technical manpower to facilitate Haryana Government Departments in implementing e-governance projects.

Categories of IT Posts:-

NIELIT can support departments in executing IT projects by providing manpower from operational level to the highest level under outsourcing mode and as desired by the departments. The job specifications for below mentioned posts have been approved by NIELIT whereas for any other post, the job specifications can be finalized with mutual consent of NIELIT and departments. NIELIT approved posts for outsourcing projects are as under:-

  5. Hardware Program Assistant ‘B’

  6. Hardware Program Assistant ‘A’

  7. Computer Operator (Accounts)/ Tally Operator

  9. Data Entry Operator

    Why NIELIT?

  10. Our Delhi Centre and Shimla Centre have been entrusted as nodal agencies providing technical manpower to Government Departments in their respective States. A circular issued by Delhi Government can be viewed by clicking the below mentioned link:

  11. An agreement is signed with the department as a part of transparent system regarding roles and responsibilities on both the department and NIELIT. Similarly agreement is signed between NIELIT and outsourced staff on the same lines of agreement signed with departments.

  12. NIELIT follows a very transparent selection procedure by advertising the posts in local newspaper according to the requirements received from departments, conduct practical Skill test for all operator level posts and interview for higher level of posts by inviting a panel of experts.

  13. The empanelment of candidates who qualify the test/interview remains valid for a period of six months and such candidates do not have to appear again in test/interview with period of six months.

  14. NIELIT pays monthly salary directly to the bank account of the staff through RTGS/NEFT mode of payment and do not make any payment in cash. The salary is paid according to the certified attendance received from department. All the service record of such outsourced staff is maintained for future requirements.

  15. NIELIT takes care of statutory obligations while undertaking such projects.
