Shri Th. Prameshwor Singh, Executive Director, NIELIT Imphal along with the staffs and students paid floral tributes to the martyrs, who sacrificed their lives fighting the British during the Anglo-Manipuri war of 1891, on the occasion of 128th Patriots' Day, 13th August 2019 at NIELIT Imphal.
